Light House Session XPA
3.5% ABV
Keep the light on with this easy drinking session extra pale ale. Fullbodied and pale in colour with tropical and citrus notes. Light House Session XPA is designed for the drinker who is chasing lower alcohol without sacrificing on flavour.
Brewed with Citra hops, Pilsner ale malt combines with a small amount of Munich and Wheat malt giving a mild sweetness that leaves you wanting more. Light House will help you find your way home.
Shore Thing Summer Ale
4.2% ABV
Get ready to float away with this refreshing summer ale. Galaxy and Citra hops combine to create a fusion of juicy tropical flavours and a gentle breeze of fruity aromas that wash over you with every sip. The hop flavours are afloat in a body of sunshine-gold beer.
Produced using Pilsner and Wheat malts which create a crisp and clear brew that can be enjoyed all year round. Make every moment a Shore Thing!
Rough Seas Pale Ale
5.8% ABV
A new world Australian Pale Ale with a copper haze body, piney, tropical hop aromas and a refreshing bitter hop finish. Show casing all Australian malts and New World hops. Australian Topaz is used in the boil followed by a double dry hop of Cascade and Galaxy.
This beer is on the upper end of the pale ale scale at 5.8% ABV. Displaying piney, tropical hop notes with a firm bitterness, Rough Seas Pale Ale will cleanse your palate with every mouthful leaving you wanting more.
Siren Song Hazy IPA
6.0% ABV
A 4 times hopped Hazy IPA, utilising Centennial, Nelson Sauvin and Mosaic hops. The result is Sauvignon Blanc and citrus flavours with gentle stone fruit aromas.

Lost Sailor Dark Ale
5.3% ABV
Dark, roasty and displaying hints of cocoa. Lost Sailor Dark Ale is deceptively light bodied to drink for its colour. One for the true darkale drinker, this beer tricks your palate by being extremely refreshing and light to drink. Moderate bitterness offsets the sweetness of the darker malts with hints of tropical fruit lingering in the back ground.
Lost Sailor Dark Ale is a true favourite of Wilson Brewing Company with a twist on a traditional dark beer.
Ginger Bettys Ginger Beer

Synonymous with 80s surf and skate culture, Bettys refers to the lifestyle of throwing caution to the wind in pursuit of thrills.

The Ginger Beer style has a cheeky sweetness and righteous hit of spice of its namesake appealing to the
target demographic and in line with current consumer trends towards a sweeter style ginger beer and delivers at

Locals Only Lager

Like that secret spot you found down some hidden track that you’d rather just share with your mates, this lager is a long-held secret kept by the Wilson family.
Brewed with 100% Australian Malt, this crisp refreshing lager lager has low bitterness offering very smooth drinkability.
Wilson Draught Best Bitter
4.2% ABV
Using 100% Premium Ale Malt and HPA Topaz hops. A flavourful, yet refreshing session beer, Wilson Draught has a moderate malt aroma with a medium caramel backbone. The earthy hop bitterness provides a perfect malt balance with a dry finish.
Crisp and refreshing like the beers of yester-year! Kilned longer, this malt adds a golden colour with a more pronounced flavour than the Pale malt.

Brewed with hemp seed from Cannabis Botanical Distillery, Denmark. Blended with invigorating peach notes and a masterfully moreish pinch of salt.

Scurvy Nights Sour Strawberry Dark Ale

Kettle soured using a Lactobacillus strain, then bombed with succulent strawberry puree.

Ice Breaker India Pale Ale Lager
5.6% ABV
The Ice Breaker IPL is here to help you get through those awkward moments. Mashed in with a heavy pilsner malt bill and some flaked maize, this beer is bright, clear and crisp.
Fermenting with a lager yeast promotes these clean, crisp characteristics providing a perfect backdrop to let the hop profile shine. A hop combination of Centennial, Galaxy and Motueka embellishes the Ice Breaker with delightful citrus, pine and lime notes on the nose and in the mouth.
Figure Head Blonde Ale
4.9% ABV
A crisp, light, blonde ale with a golden shine and sweet malt aroma. Pilsner like aromatics with a slight biscuity aroma and faint fruity notes from our ale yeast. Based around the North American blonde ale style, Figurehead is light bodied with a white head & a smooth, spritzy mouth feel.
The single Ella hop addition early in the boil & again later, combined with summer hops, provides thirst quenching bitterness to balance the malty backbone.
Shiver Me Gingers Ginger Beer
4.5% ABV
Shiver Me Gingers is a delicious balance of sweet, tangy ginger with a mild after bite. Straw coloured with a firm carbonation, this unfiltered ginger beer tingles the taste buds with every mouthful.
Using a combination of real ginger juice and ginger essence, Shiver Me Gingers is brewed and fermented at Wilsons utilising a subtle malt base to hold the perfect body and flavour. This refreshing brew should be enjoyed straight from the can, or poured over ice with adash of fresh lime juice.
AKOYA PEARL OYSTER DARK PALE ALE
6.5% ABV
A Dark Pale Ale brewed with Akoya Pearl Oysters showcase the best seasonal produce that Albany has to offer. Wilson Brewing Co., partnered with Leeuwin Coast, brings you a unique spin on the well-loved classic pale ale.
This beer pours a dark brown colour with a light, creamy head of foam. A moderate haze is apparent, derived from the huge malt bill and massive late dry hop additions to the fermenter.
Each bottle is hand sealed with wax and individually numbered
Scurvy Days Sour Citrus Ale
4.2% ABV
Lactobacillus plantarum kettle soured, then hit large with local Albany Yuzu lemons, naval oranges & grapefruits to deliver a delicious citrus kick.
Marlin Rouge Hazy Red NEIPA
6.5% ABV
Marlin Rouge pours a full and hazy red in the glass thanks to the rich malt bill; this also pulls through on the pallet and provides a sweet malty balance to this heavily hopped NEIPA.
The heavy dry hopping lends relaxing notes of citrus, grapefruit and subtle orange and lemon with resinous undertones.
Loose Cannon Barrel Aged Stout
6.0% ABV
This graceful barrel aged stout has rested in Plantagenet Wines Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon barrels. The Shiraz lends hints of berry fruits, smokey oak and a touch of white pepper, while the Cabernet Sauvignon supplies gentle rich chocolate flavours, French oak and ripe tannins.
These notes blend deliciously with the Chocolate, wheat and Roasted Barley specialty malts used in the mash. A light addition of Chinook hops in the boil supplies a light bitterness to round out this cool weather beer.
Golden Seahorse Citrus Hefeweizen
4.9% ABV
An ode to the Gulden Zeepaert (Golden Seahorse). Rumoured to be first ship to sight Albany in 1626. An old European style with the classic Wilson twist.
Peach of Ship Peach Ice Tea IPA
6.0% ABV
The holds are filled with a shipload of Albany peaches! Dry hopped with Earl Grey Tea, Peach of Ship is a refreshing and easy drinking IPA.
Dirty Oar Brown Ale
6.2% ABV
Dirty Oar Harvest Brown Ale is caramel in colour with a smooth, well balanced, malty backbone. The sweet, fresh hop aroma arrives courtesy of our locally grown Flinders’ and Kalgan hops, picked fresh off the vine at Hops West, Kalgan River.
The sweet fresh hop flavour and aroma compliments and enhances the malt rather than clashing with it. Moderate malty-sweet to malty-rich aroma with hints of chocolate and caramel qualities.
Stiff Mast Bitter Ale
5.2% ABV
Based on an English style bitter, displaying earth notes from a combination of Topaz hops and Crystal malts, Stiff Mast is designed to be served cold & fizzy to please your thirst.
